No, you should remove your Invisalign aligners when eating or drinking anything other than water. This helps prevent staining, damage, and discomfort while ensuring your aligners remain effective.

Invisalign is highly effective for treating mild to moderate alignment issues. For complex cases, traditional braces may be recommended. Our team will assess your teeth and recommend the most suitable treatment for your smile.

You can drink cold or room-temperature water with your aligners in, but remove them for other drinks (especially hot, coloured, or sugary drinks) to avoid staining and damaging the aligners.
